I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The *location* was absolutely perfect – right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient to explore all the major attractions. Everything was within walking distance, and public transport was easily accessible too. The *cleanliness* of the hotel was top-notch. The rooms were spotless, and it was clear that the staff takes great care in maintaining the space. The hotel itself had a very welcoming and well-kept atmosphere, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The *staff* were amazing! They were all very friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Their customer service made us feel right at home. As for *entertainment*, the hotel offered a lot of fun activities and facilities. Whether you’re looking to relax or have a good time, there were plenty of options to keep you entertained throughout the day and night. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It truly made our stay memorable, and I would definitely stay here again!

The tram station is right in front of the hotel and it’s just three stops to the tourist area – super convenient. But beyond the nice facilities, what truly made me fall in love with this place was the attitude of the people who work here. They are the most friendly, relaxed and helpful staff I’ve ever met. They create an amazing atmosphere that makes you feel genuinely welcome. The hotel is also filled with positive quotes, which adds a special vibe and makes it feel like more than just a hotel.

The tram station is right next to the hotel and you can reach the center in less than 20 minutes. The lobby area offers many free entertainment options, such as a pool table, many retro arcade machines with more than 800 games on them, a pinball machine and much more. The staff is very helpfull and kind. The hotel is a bit adult oriented, which can't be that clearly seen on the website when booking, but for adults and couples that's not a problem.

So much so we didn't want to venture out in the evenings as the food was so good at the hotel and the restaurant is rated highly separately on trip advisor. The lobby is amazing, loads of game machines and a pool table which gives it a fun vibe. Staff so friendly all speak English and happy to help with any issues we had and help with directions to places
